We are a privately held company who has been involved in the development of web-based software since 1993.

In August of 2009 we acquired the Patient Tracker software suite from Healthwise Technologies, Inc.

In December of 2009, we launched our SearchLight Lead service.

Our goal is to provide the same level of customer service and support that our customers received from HTI. In fact, we are thrilled to say the same team that has supported the Patient Tracker customers in the past at HTI are now part of Soft Insite, Inc.

This new and exciting development will result in more technological advancements for the software which is already a proven and robust application. The Soft Insite team is already hard at work developing improvements to the software.

In 1997 the first version of The Patient Tracker was created to help Bariatric facilities manage their bariatric programs. Twelve years later the software has had a wide variety of features added to it to it, such as BOLD integration, Outcomes tracking, and sophisticated reporting.
